By accessing cyberhexa.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website.
2. Purpose of the website
Cyberhexa Inc. presents services relating to search engine optimization, Google rankings, Google Analytics, web marketing, advertising networks, SEO audits and web performance. Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice.
3. No guarantee of results
SEO, advertising, performance analysis and web marketing results depend on many factors that are not entirely within Cyberhexa’s control. Unless specifically agreed in writing, no particular search engine position, traffic volume, sales level, revenue or other business result is guaranteed simply by using the website or retaining a service.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the website lawfully and reasonably. You may not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security measures, abuse or automate its forms, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of Cyberhexa or third parties.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original text, graphics, logos, layouts and other content published on cyberhexa.com belong to Cyberhexa Inc. or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized substantial reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
